online/distance counseling and online coaching

At this time only online/distance counseling and online coaching is available. Counseling and Coaching may be conducted in the privacy of your own home via on-line counseling. Due to online counseling, one must make note that confidentiality is limited; However, Sherman Support and Solutions LLC operates under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), a federal law that provides new privacy protections and new client rights with regard to the use and disclosure of your Protected Health Information (PHI) used for the purpose of treatment, payment, and health care operations. HIPAA requires that we provide you with a Notice of Privacy Practices. Professional Life Coaching is not covered by insurance. Please message for rates as it depends on insurance, household income, deductible, etc.

Individual counseling is scheduled in 30-60 minutes increments.
Couples counseling is scheduled in 60 minute increments.
Family counseling sessions are scheduled in 90 minute increments.
Anger management workshop/classes (10 sessions) are scheduled in 60 minute increments. Certificate of completion is given after the 10 complete sessions. Material is included in the fee.
Parenting education workshop/classes (10 sessions) are scheduled in 60 minute increments. Certificate of completion is given after the 10 complete sessions. Material is included in the fee.
Male and Female (children & young adults group ages 5- 18).
Groups are held at 60 minutes increment.
Groups are separated by age and development stage. Material is included in the fee.

Rates

Rates start at $60-$150.00 for Individual Couples, and Family Counseling.
Parenting Education and Anger Management classes are $30 per class.
Children and teen support groups are $20 per client per session.
Individual counseling is scheduled in 30-60 minutes increments.

Anger Management Skills (court approved) Conducted in individual sessions as well as group sessions. The Anger Management Program is designed to help individuals with identifying and preventing violence in relationships and families. This program is designed for individuals to take responsibility and accountability for their thinking, feeling, and behaviors and to learn effective coping skills which halt escalation and resolve conflicts. Classes are offered on an individual basis and in group sessions. Christian-based classes also available. Sherman Support & Solutions provide services to children, teens, adults, families, and couples.

Couples, Pre-marital, and Family Counseling

Support groups for young adults (male and females) ages 12-18. Skills include, but not limited to: Independent Living Skills, career guidance, basic life skills to become independent to include: managing a home once emancipated, budgeting, time Management, housekeeping, shopping, safety, etiquette, and more. Groups are 2 or more members.

Couples, Pre-marital, and Family Counseling -Helps couples and families work on their relationship problems to improve communication and develop healthy ways of resolving conflict, works towards preserving relations, helping couples recognize when relationships are not healthy, and helps identify and work through problematic issues/behaviors within the relationship.
